I need and I am not sure if you have now is from admin for every order I want to be able to see or get email of all my restaurants sales using online including total amount of sale generated by restaurants from web. In another word admin should know about all 30 or some restaurant sales each day how much each restaurant sold from online.

I like what I see on demo link and I am not sure if there is any other way to see all the things available. I am going to buy the scripts, but I am just wondering if you have few options or if you are planning to add anytime soon.

1. Facebook like us and display it somewhere on the page.
2. Promotion link for coupon, gift card etc.
3. Restaurant type/Foods types/category selection indication and available by search or easy to find for example for people interested for Vegetarian, Halal, Kosher, Sea foods.
4. Mobile app cuz now everybody wants to order using smart phone/apple with download option link
5. Join our email list option link
6. Review feeds / news feeds on home page or even review feeds on home page based on customers area he/she is in
7. Catering request/price quite
8. Restaurant address with business hours

For example,

When I buy the version "phpFood Open Source $500.00 (Unlimeted restaurants, full open source)", is it possible to upgrade this version in the future without paying?

This would be must have for any kind of ordering pages. Customers want to know what other people think about food and the restaurant they are thinking of ordering from.

Stars and comments about every food on menu or at least just star review and commnets on every restaurant by itself.

This would be awsome.

One more thing would be great too. Ordering should be possible by clicking on food from menu. It should have sam link as a little green icon on the right of price.

It would be great to put global categories on homepage. So If you choose grill food you get on next page all reastaurant with grill menus. Or if you choose pizza with subcategore Capriccosa you ger all restaurants that offer that type of pizza. and if you could add sort by price option on the menu of all restaurant and on this global categories-

Please allow for:  ".png/.gif" images that supports tranparency.
Any size images other than: (max. 300kb.)
Any dimension images other than: width: 100px height: 100px

If you are adding styling to the boxes of the new restaurants listed on the homepage, .jpg's restrict you from having the logo blend into the background box. Leaving a horrible block around the image.

Problem:

If the customer cancels the order or doesn’t go through with it for some reason "hasnt paid", the restaurant still receives the order for the food, this error occurs when the customer chooses the "pay by card option".

If the customer chooses the "pay on delivery", then cancels, the restaurant still gets an order through by email or sms, the restaurant then has to rely on the customer to phone and cancel the order or Vice versa, which is fine.

Solution:

Payment has to be confirmed first when paying by card, before the restaurant receives the order, by email/sms from the customer, making sure that the customer has paid for the food . This way the restaurant knows that they have been securely paid for the order and there is no need to check the resadmin or phone the customer to confirm if they have paid or not, they can simply complete and deliver the order.

Please try and come up with a solution to fix this please, as I dont think many restaurants will be happy with this.

I did try and post this into the "phpFood discussions" but it restricts the amount of words you can write.

I would need to have option to search streets also as we have more restaurants in the same city.

A Side comes with the Meal (like a salad or baked potato) and an Optional (we call them Modifiers) would be to modify the side, or menu item.

Example, if you order a Steak (optional Well Done) with a Side Salad or Baked Potato and the optional would be Ranch dressing on the Salad , or if Baked potato selected the optional would be butter and sour cream.

So you would have

1. Menu Items that can have sides with them, and Modifiers

2. Sides that can be modified as well (Can have upcharge)

3. Modifiers (can have upcharge)

Oh yeah,  One more thing limit how many Sides a Menu Item can have, i.e. 2 sides.
